1. Coffee

Consuming coffee throughout the day can make the body experience excessive fluctuations and always feel anxious, irritable, depressed, and tired – no positive things that can reduce stress feeling.

2. Energy Drinks
Energy drinks are drinks with other caffeine content that should be avoided. This is a drink that contains caffeine and sugar that actually makes us difficult to concentrate, feel restless and make us feel more stress. Especially if the consumption in large quantities. The caffeine contained in energy drinks will also increase blood pressure, speed up the heart rate, and make us feel anxious.

When stressed, it’s hard to fight snacks like chips, cookies or other canned foods. Very sweet cookies will only make our anxiety worse. Candy is not the only food that contains refined sugar; processed foods are also packed with it. Sugar can provide temporary energy increases, but the feelings are temporary.
